Tim Lowe has been building architectural homes on the Port Hills and inner Christchurch for happy clients for over 12 years. As a Licensed Building Practitioner and Registered Master Builder, Tim leads a director-led team who treat your home like their own.
He is passionate about delivering projects to the highest standard while ensuring your equity is increasing—and has remained good friends with many clients long after completion.
Concept 2 Construction offers a full service from initial site planning to completion, so all the hard work is taken care of apart from your product choices.
Our latest project is a two-townhouse development on Idris Road, which we’re excited to be using as our Showhome.
